A New Chapter Coming Soon to the Philippines
At Richard Valdez Real Estate, home has always been more than real estate — it’s about lifestyle, connection, and creating spaces that inspire peace, belonging, and authenticity.
Today, I’m excited to announce a new venture coming soon to the Philippines:
Casa Alon
Inspired by the natural rhythm of the ocean and the meaning of the word alon (“wave” in Filipino), Casa Alon is a vision centered around intentional living, relaxation, and the beauty of island life.
While the dedicated Casa Alon section of the website is currently being built, this project represents something deeply personal to me — a bridge between my life in San Francisco, California and my roots in the Philippines.
Casa Alon will reflect:
A design that expresses your individuality and personal identity.
Filipino warmth and hospitality.
Spaces that listen to how you live your life.
A place to reconnect, recharge, and feel at home.
